Workflow AI
Also called AI workflow actions
GoHighLevel's AI layer for workflows. It has two parts: the Workflow AI Builder, which generates, explains and edits workflows from a natural-language prompt, and Workflow AI actions such as Decision Maker, Intent Detection, Summarize Text and Translate, which run model steps inside a workflow.
In plain English
Workflow AI lets you describe an automation in plain English and HighLevel builds or edits the workflow. It also adds AI steps such as summarising or sorting messages.

Why it matters
